WebAfica IS AN ABSOLUTE ****** SHOW. I ordered their 50/50 Fibre service and nothing has worked correctly. I have send COUNTLESS emails to them and have spoken to COUNTLESS agents. You will be transferred to different agents for hours and hours. I have tried to cancel this service for weeks now and have gottwn absolutely nowhere. No one is willing to assist. Customer service is mostly **** (not the people but the companies policies and how they operate). I will never ever ever ever opt for ANY WebAfrica services. 0/5 stars for you.
