Webafrica ********

Please do not make use of Webafrica they are useless and does not have customer care service. Ive app**** for a installation with them and fast fast the rooter was deliverd to my door was waiting for installation they did it on a friday morning and told me my line will be active in 24 to 48hrs on Teusday my line still not active they send out an technician he fixed the line and quess what was using it for 3 days. My line was off on Saturday morning and its Monday with many phone calls still not fixed still without wifi this morning they send me an message im owing them R956 for something i used 3 days for and with no service. You guys just want to make money and no service. When you complain and tell them to remove their **** then they send you bills for the quipment of R1800 that you need to pay. Beware of these guys they advertise the rooter and installation is free but its not. Do not make use of webafrica you will get more problems. I am looking for an other service provider that will help without any problems
