Webafrica, ******** and *****s

This is the most unprofessional company i have ever dealt with. After paying for a fibre installation, which they didnt install. And now after 2 weeks still nothing and no correspondance from them. There is no direct customer service number, all you get is a "bot" on whatsapp. Ive come to the conclusion that they have ****** my money because thats what is seems like after paying for something and not getting it. ******* Alert!!! Webafrica, you are the worse!!
