WEBAFRICA **** - CAN'T CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION

They downgrade your line, but you pay for a higher speed They don't stop your debit order once you want to leave The cancel button doesn't work so you can't cancel

I have been trying to cancel my subscription since the 28 April with chats to prove it and they still debited me today saying I didn't cancel. The cancel button does even work! WEBAFRICA IS A **** THAT ONLY USES WHATSAPP AND THEY JUST TRANSFERRRING YOUR CHAT, ONLY FOR THE NECT OPTION TO TAKE YOU BACK TO THE ROBOT THAT IS WAITING TO TRANSFER YOU TO THE PERSON THAT WILL LOOP IT AGAIN!
