Webafrica **** and ***********

I HAVE HAD ENOUGH OF **** USELESS COMPANY LIKE TELKOM AND WEBAFRICA SO THIS IS WHAT I SENT TO WEB AFRICA ON THERE USELESS WEB PORTAL"You're service is the worst service i have had since telkom! i have had over 8 weeks of poor and frankly useless internet! the LTE is so bad and un reliable . downloads never constant and ping that is way too high ! i am reporting you to the relevant Ombudsman ! how many other people are you giving an " service" to like this. i have countless times reset the router! changed router settings! moved the router around to no effect! you ticket system is a useless way to get something resolved and your call center is slow and un responsive ! get me off this ******* honestly ! you have proven how terrible you are and i will let all my friends and family know. stop sending me emails of how to fix a problem after weeks of the same issues! i am done with Web Africa. oh wait it has Africa in it i see now! Your company is ******* honestly! get your **** together " Do not ever get with webafrica! countless week after week with bad internet connections where even sending an email takes 5 mins or more. Staff must be really *********** when not one of webafrica bothers to maybe try see what the issues are, rather you get your ticket closed and an email of how to reset your router and reset the settings! WAKE UP! useless and not worth any more of my time and money! god save this country with absolute ignorance and incompetence and the abundance there of with Webafrica
