webafrica ********** -wants money and has no after sales service- as they dont give you what you order

WEBAFRICA is fast to sell you something but If you have an issue with the terrible service they are no where to be found. If you want to order a service( more money) the support ist there in lightning speed. if you ask them to sort out your issues they divert you to the so called support team that never gets back to you .I have been on hold for 3 hours today. before i ENDCHAT.

I think that webafrica thinks that the customer is nothing more but ATM and if they complain just divert them to nothingness.

that leaves me wondering if I should go over there heads to start up a fibre /internet company with real after sales support not some bot that chases the customers away to find internet else where.
