WebAfrica billed my account R2000 for a router that was sent to them. There was back and forth emails and to date nothing has been resolved and I’m being told that as long as I don’t have the waybill number for the router they are not able to track it but it’s within their primeses I provided everything they requested but I was still billed for a router that I don’t even have.
