Webafrica **** !!!!

I installed this on 12th of September 2022, it worked 3 weeks then started flashing red light, I reported the problem at what’s app and they told me about pro rata rate… then I didn’t pay

So yesterday I decided to pay and they took time to help me out, today they sent maintenance crew to come check the problem

When I told them about the red light, they immediately told me that it’s a cable problem and I have to pay for new cable as well.

Why do I have to pay for something I didn’t damage??? And why did they send maintenance team today since the red light started flashing ?

I am giving this service last chance this time To do the right things or else I’ll go back to my previous service and never ever recommend this service
