Worst ever .

I signed up for a package for R549 on a 3 month promo . I didn't need installation as I already have , I only needed router and line activation. I am a new client for my first month a debit went off for R1300 CAN YOU BELIEVE THE NERVE OF THESE PEOPLE. The. On And the consultant Kenosi is so trained in the b******* story as to why 1,300 was debited. Then he sends me a screenshot to show that I am an old client and that I have been a client since January 2021 that I don't know where you got from. I then sent him my activation emails and my new client emails from the 6th of January 2022 proving that this is my first month that I have been with webafrica and like I said he is so trained in the b******* story. I have asked my attorney to send an email to webafrica but for some reason webafrica does not operate on an email platform like a normal business at all only on WhatsApp. These guys are a major *******. I have requested numerous times to speak to someone in authority but just get brushed off with please ENDCHAT. THE MORE I'M TELLING THIS GUY MY PROBLEM IS NOT RESOLVED THE MORE HE TELLS ME PLEASE ENDCHAT. THEY HAVE ASKED ME TO SEND PROOF OF MY DEDUCTION WHICH I DID BUT STILL NOTHING WAS RESOLVED AND NO ANSWERS
