Webafrica *****s your money

On the 1st of sep 23 they debited my account and sent me a msg they will try again the next day because there is no funds but the debit went off and there was money in my account the next morning they debit again and sent me the successful email of pmt. I have been on the what's app chat with them as they keep on telling me that they only see the 2nd payment and not the 1st even after sending them my bank statement as proof that they took my money they refuse to refund me. My bank insist that they took the money so they need to give it back so my money is just gone.
