Webafrica run deceptive and dishonest promotional campaigns.

I signed for a R399 fiber deal in August 2021 and R399 pm. In January 2022 they start charging me R599. When I query it they tell me that the R399 was a promo deal and that it had expired. I was never informed of this and the increase to R599 was done without notification. If I cancel now then I have to pay for the fiber installation at R1799 and I have to courier the router back to them. So in effect I am tied in for another 8 months before I can cancel. That I will certainly do later this year.
