Webafrica roster and password not working and no help to solve problem

webafrica (vuma) installation was done Friday the 3 may 2024 and as from the first day we had problems with login into this fiber with the password they gave us. I've logged the problem and nothing up till today has called me or even attempted to solve the issues with this system they installed. They send sms's and email and do nothing after wards. I've call the call center on *** number and the lady that answers takes your number and hangs up on you while you still on the call with you, sooo rude and totally unhelpful and no customer service skills at all. I'm sitting with a payed up system that doesn't allow me access. I'm frustrated and very angry with how I've been treated as a new customer.
