WEBAFRICA ROBBING PEOPLE
I moved house on the 28th December 2019. I phoned Webafrica to cancel my service for the house on the 27th December and activate the service at the new house on the 28th December 2019. The call was made on the 23rd of December. Everything went well until the 31st of December and all hell broke loose. 1stly I was charged on the 1st for both houses, 2ndly I was charged a prorata on the 2nd house of R133, but only got a credit of R66. 3rdly they conveniently took my money and cut me off on the 31st December @ 00:00. It took me 2 days to get my service on. NOW they demand R755 from me (double charge and prorate mistake on their side) OR I WILL BE SUSPENDED. The WhatsApp assistant Wongalethu does not answer a person correctly and in detail. I do not get any references. They completely ignore the prorata issue completely. I have phoned on the 3rd regarding this account and they promise to fix it immediately as they agree that it is wrong. today the 7th of January 2020 I get emails pay or be suspended. Wongalethu refuses to refund me the time I was offline. I was off a day and a half. I want a refund for that full period because I PAID FOR IT.
