webafrica ripping people off

I paid an amount on the 31st December 2021.It went through ,to my suprise the internet was suspended on the 3rd January 2022.I have tried the calling and being told have to wait one hour,tried the whatsapp and that just does not work. I think all those people whom are struggling and having their monies taken for no service should email me on *** in order to take this company to court and have them stopped from ripping our people off.
