Webafrica ripped me off for R2,000

Cancelled one of my services with Webafrica and had to return my 'Free To Use" router. Paid them R299 for them to pick it up. They sent a courier to collect and then charged me R2,000 for not returning it. Contacted them 8 times just to be fobbed off by their pathetic Whatsapp service centre.

They would get no stars if it was an option. They used to be so good and now they just don't care about their customers or providing any level oiif service,., Judging by the comments on HelloPeter, they'll probably be out of business within a year.
