Your service and ability to handle requests or issues are non existent! you promise a manager or supervisor will call back but you never do. im billed for services i never received. your What'sapp service is non responsive and your call centres take over 30 minutes to reach anyone and when you do they cant help you. you get transferred before being told your'e being transferred. I cant even cancel the service without being ********** with cancellation fees.

You're brilliant at taking our money but have no clue as to how to deliver good and decent customer service. I can see you never respond to complaints on hellopeter either.
