Webafrica ridiculous customer service

I've been waiting for months for my fibre to be sorted out! They have yet to connect me and they have taken two debit orders for delivery of routers. One which I received months ago and again debited for a delivery of router. Only they would know why I need two routers. Ridiculous customer service!
