WebAfrica - Regular network disruptions, awful customer service
Trying to resolve a network connectivity issue for my elderly parents, and just have frequent network disruptions with poor customer support.
Absolutely awful customer service and a whatsapp chatbot that doesn't work, nor will get me through to an actual human agent.
I will be changing my ISP for sure.
