Webafrica REFUSING to return money

I’ve recently ordered a 100mb fiber package from webafrica, they were extremely helpful and quick to sell their product to me, but after asking them twice on the phone and once physically in their offices what my first payment would be, they simply said R1000. Now I’m not a unreasonable person and I suspected they would charge me extra for the data used since I got the fiber line installed and activated in the middle of the month, which would mean they should charge me around R1500 as my first payment. But when they took money out of my account they took R2000 as my first payment, so ofcourse I phoned them to tell them what happened and they assured me they will return they extra money they took out of my account which added up to R430 odd rand and they sent me a invoice and told me it will be done in 2 to 3 working days, now I phoned them on the 2nd of December, today is the 13th, and still they have not returned my money even after I phoned them countless times where they just give me a different excuse every time.

The exact same thing happened to my neighbors in the complex I live, which lets me believe it’s not just a mistake they made.

I will NOT recommend them to anyone, as they have caused me major frustration, anger, and countless airtime trying to get a hold of them.
