WEBAFRICA REFUSE TO CANCEL MY CONTRACT

I have been asking for the cancellation of my contract with Webafrica for the past two months due to affordability, they are refusing to cancel and they continue to bill me every month even if the debit order is not going through,

How can I get assistance because the bill will continue growing and I cannot afford to pay them.
