Webafrica Refund policy and poor service

Webafrica don't care about their customers, they are just after a persons money. You have to pay to avoid your service being suspended, then when you request a refund for a different line, Webafrica deduct your credit note from the amount due and they have the debit order going off your account as well. When you request a refund you have to wait 10 - 15 working days. That is not fair as they have now debited me twice
