Webafrica - Refund process

A refund was requested after Webafrica deducted an amount without permission, now we have to wait 30 days for them to process the refund, I started chatting to a consultant ( Faith ) Who assisted me, and advised of the process, i asked to speak to a manager, and she advised that there are no managers. I checked online to contact the relevant people who can make a decision and assist with refund, as it was done without permission.

The consultant then basically forced me off the whatsapp line when asking for a managers email .
