Just received a call from Nano Fibre (Sub Contractor to Vumatel) wanting to charge me R1750 to re-install the fibre line. The fibre line was initially installed very Very very shallow (like under 5cm of ground). I was informed that i was supposed to receive a new line when i moved onto the property (not sure if that true or not). Bottom line is that it seems no one wants to be responsible for the initial very poor line installation.
