webafrica really really bad customer service

Poorest service right there with Home affairs. They have some issue with debiting my account even though there are funds and they have debited from this same account since last year but this time they disconnect my account but the best part is that you can never get hold of anyone to assist you. Since yesterday I have been waiting for someone to respond..they say for urgent queries use our handy Whatsapp line......there are never any agents available to respond when you call and even there no one answers. How on earth do you get assistance when there is no one available to respond. Waiting since yesterday for someone to answer or respond.....
