Webafrica really bad service , line not active and working

I recently moved homes and Webafrica is unable to get my internet up and running. First I logged a move about a month and a half ago , it was cancelled as the infrastructure was not ready yet. I reapp**** once the infrastructure was ready when I moved in on the 7th December 2022 . The installation was scheduled and only done by Octotel about a week and 5 days later . I was advised that my connection was activated, and all was in working order.

The Octotel guys installed the ONT box on Friday , but I have no internet to date. When trying to access the internet, I get re-routed to mwebs we site all the time.

The lady across the road Is going through Afrihost and Octotel and her connection is up and running.

This is really bad service
