Webafrica - Rain LTE Shrinking their coverage area

I have been a customer of Webafrica for over 6 years and have had a few ups and downs with service delivery during this time.

But the latest issue has now really got me annoyed enough to share with everyone.

July 2017 I signed up for your Rain-LTE service as Telkom could only offer me a 2mb ADSL line, but the line speed was so bad and after continually getting thrown between Telkom and Webafrica, I eventually had enough and had to look for alternatives as I was getting hardly more than a 56kb dial up connection.

The best option available at that time was the Rain-LTE service, so I paid for the router, signed up and everything was delivered. Well it's been great since then (besides a week or two of intermittent service in between)

My actual problem started yesterday (25/08/2018 @ around 11am), the router stopped connecting and all it showed was no service. Scanning from the router, all I picked up was Vodacom 3G and every 2nd or 3rd test I would get MTN too.

So I left it there and put it down to Rain possibly doing maintenance. I went out and came back at around 14:30 , and what do you know, still no service.

Again I had things to do so I left it at that and then at 16:30 I checked again and well, it still wasn't connecting.

I then proceeded to call Webafrica. After holding on for 9 mins, I eventually got through to someone, after a few minutes of complaining about the fact that I had no service. The consultant says, he will just check something and put me on hold. Well a few minutes later, he comes back on and informs me that it looks like Rain has SHRUNK the signal area in my area, so I am now no longer covered. (this took all of 35 minutes)

So now where does this leave me, it's the 25th of the month, I received my latest invoice, and now suddenly a service that was working and I have been paying for, gets stopped without any warning. Who do we customers hold responsible?

On top of all this, I have app**** for the Fibre line in my area (I received an email from Webafrica, to say it was available and I should sign up ... Blah blah blah)

So well I did, and that was 4 months ago.

About 1.5 months ago I contacted Webafrica to follow up on the Fibre order (Via the support ticket system) I received an email to say that my request was forwarded to the correct department and an agent would get back to me. Well surprise, surprise (or NOT) that was on 19/07 and no one has got back to me.

1. Will I get credited for a non existence service and inconvenience 2. Will I get a refund for the unused data and for the days I still have left
