Webafrica, R748 just to move homes. Daylight *******.

I recently moved into my new apartment, paid R499 processing fee to move my service, was instructed to send my existing router back, which I did. Then struggled to get a new router which was eventually delivered Friday 22 July only.

I contact them and the agent asks me who told me to send the router back and that I will be billed for a new one.

1. The new router was only delivered Friday 22 July, but I'm being billed for services from Wed 19 July.

2. I'm being billed R249 for router (or "moving homes fee" as they're now calling it), which I was told will be credited as Webafrica erroneously advised me to return my previous router.

3. And R50 debited order rejection fee. After they tried to rob me blindly and there was no money in my account.

So in total they expect me R748 in total just to move to a new address. It would've been better if I'd just cancelled my service when I moved. This is what Webafrica's clients get for staying with them.

I've asked then numerous times to remove the 2 days I didn't have use of the service and the R249, but to no avail. Spoke to several agents and had to explain the same situation over and over.
