Webafrica quick to take money but zero customer service

I paid for my subscription with Webafrica this morning. They sent a msg stating my fibre will be installed in 5 working days. Why the confusion? I am left without fibre since this morning. I tried calling but theres no answer, the website no answer, the whatsapp chat no use. Agent Lesego Rabaji does not help me at all but keeps closing the chat!!!! I called Sales and someone said they will escalate. I am still waiting. They have constant slow internet almost daily with vuma yet I must experience this ****py lack of service!
