WebAfrica pulling a dirty on me

October 2024 - I app**** and paid the installation fee For 2 weeks they have made no effort to install the fibre or deliver the router They wanted another fee for reconnection 2 payments later still no line or routine so i proceeded to ask a refund I had been refunded and told the account is cancelled

I installed Rain WiFi and heard nothing from WebAfrica Until now

March 2025 - I receive a threatening email from LexMed for back fees I reached out to WebAfrica *** They confirmed that its cancelled

Today - I get billed a reconnection fee once again
