I have been waiting for an agent to contact me on the WhatsApp channel for 2 days!

They also sent the previous tenant an email saying the line would be canceled by 1st Feb. 2025. But now when I am trying to activate the line for myself they say he never logged the cancellation.

Worst Service EVER! I am not happy! I do not recommend!
