WebAfrica Provides Despicable Fibre Service!

I app**** for a fibre connection. They told me that it would take 6 to 14 days to be installed. This is my 9th day and none of them has gotten back to me to give me an update as to when the installation will take place. The last they communicated, they informed me that they had escalated the matter to their service provider. I have not heard from them since. Everytime they take me through their Whatsapp centre, I do not get an agent assigned to me to give me an update of what is going on. Their service thus far has been absolutely atrocious!
