I canceled my month to month contract with Wrbafrica as I moved from premises after being with Webafrica for years.

I followed the call centre agents advice, returned there wifi router only to be debited again.

This has continued for months and every month I have to reverse the debit order.

Now Webafrica has handed me over for legal proceedings.

I have not made use of there service, returned there equipment at my cost, spoken to them countless times and the still proceed to hand me over.

Spoke to friends and colleagues and I was surprised to hear that anybody that was once I client of Webafrica has experienced the same treatment.

Be careful of this company, the month-to-month clause after the 1st year and the advice there company representatives give as they contradict all they say
