Webafrica possibly the worst service provider in SA

Want Wifi at home/office? DONT USE WEBAFRICA! Had the worst experience with them...

Webafrica - I was told when signing up with your sales lady named Aniesa that I would receive 2 months free wifi when signing up with you. I was told that installation and the router would be free of charge. The only amount I would have to pay is the R249 deliver fee of the router then only after 2 months of free wifi my account would start being debited with the monthly fee of R879 for a 20meg line. I was so happy with this deal, so decided to sign up. This was on the 26th of March 2020.

Then on the 1st of April 2020, R1974.00 got taken taken off of my account - STILL NO ROUTER - not sure what this huge amount was for as I was told I only had to pay R249 delivery fee of the router AND that I would receive the first 2 months free wifi.

Then on the 28th of April, I called to cancel my account with you as i had been charged an obscene amount and didnt even have wifi yet!

To make things worse, on the 9th of May - an additional amount of R894.35 was taken from my account! I emailed Rowena Davids on the 9th of May to rectify this problem and again on the 11th of May - have not heard a peep from her. Thanks Rowena and Webafrica

It would be swell if you could return the amount of R2868.35 back into my account. Any of my friends want to give away cash - sign up with Webafrica.
