Webafrica - Poos customer services

Webafrica, is one of the the most pathetic company to do business with. Customer service is poor and pathetic. I cant get hold of anybody in billing in telephonic-ally or via there so called "super fast wattsapp" which they advertise. This unfair that Webafrica can get away with false advertising. I'm so upset and outrages with WEbafrica because i cant even get my refund after i cancelled my services with them. In order to place an order you must R399, which i did and it reflects immediately in WEbafrica account, but now i must wait to get my money back, Somebody please tell me how is that evens fair.
