Webafrica poor/lack of service

The worst of wifi service providers! They are only interested to speak to you to initiate a sale after that it's **** service if any at all. I have cancelled my contract and handed back their router but the are not releasing my line for another month after cancelling in April already. Their what's app is a joke where their bot keeps telling you an agent will be with you...this has been for 3 full days. I requested a sales agent to send an email to their Procisioning dept to contact me and even that has not worked. They do not deserve to be in business!
