Webafrica poorest service

The poorest service ever, I want to cancel my services with them immediately, I paid my Fibre for R279.00 on the 5th of December and still they haven't gotten back to me with the installation details. Please consider using another Wi-Fi company this is the worst, save your money and energy. I am done with them.
