Webafrica poorest service

My wifi went off and when trying to reach them for support no one helped me....they advertise they are available on a sunday from 08:00 to 18:00 but the whole day you get these stupid messages from that bot....my wifi is still off and as I work from home and is dependant on my wifi for that it costs me a lot of money and customers with this...they're service really is non existant amd the.poorest i have ever encountered from anyone
