WebAfrica poorest of service you can get

I am trying to contact WebAfrica for the past month now to cancel my service as Vumatel cannot accept the ISP of my choice as my detail is with WebAfrica. I cant get through to them on the telephone line provided and also not on their whatsapp support services. Nothing have been installed at my address, i just want them to remove my details from Vumatel as their services sucks. Things dont end wrong they start wrong and i would rather not associated myself with a company such as WebAfrica.
