Webafrica - poorest after sales service ever

I recently became a customer of webafrica by subsrcibing to their internet services. The installation was done and I had no service since then. The only way to contact them is via their WhatApp chat line. I had to wait a whole day before someone contacted me via WhatsApp. I am still without service. This is the worst aftersales service I have ever experienced.
