Webafrica poor troubleshooting for wifi connectivity

This is the worst internet service provider I have ever experienced in my life! For home and business I can attest to. Your connectivity gets lots. Then they expect you to reconnect their router via whatsapp text through their only text no calling service agents! Don't do it. They still haven't reimbursed me for 2 months non connectivity at my business premis and at home for 1 day payment. Don't do it!
