Webafrica -Poor service provider for Fibre

Poor feedback and attending to queries.. I was down with not internet from May 5th to 12 May 2020 still today I have not received my refund they doing run around stating its an issue with Vuma Reach while they are debiting my account monthly but poor response to me query... 2nd issue I needed to cancel my inactive ADSL line but they still are not able to fix this while I have loaded numerous support tickets online. Their whatsapp takes forever to get attended to by their so called technicians. calling is worse they never pick up and even if u talk to their technician or consultants u are never satisfied with the response of any so call help.. I'm am tired of logging the same thing and never getting any help
