Webafrica - Poor service provide with false promises

Absolutely disappointed in their service. Cannot express the level of frustration I experience daily. I signed up for the web africa contract for June. It is now July and my internet is either down or slow. You can cannot call them directly and have to chat on whatsapp with agents who repeat the same steps daily. Hours of my day are waisted trying to get my speed up. It's such a relief to cancel.

They've also **** to me that they have a promo and my first 3 months would he free, which was not the case , I've been debited the full amount for the past two months. I've sent them email proof of their false promises and all they can say is they're sorry I'm misinformed, even though I have it written and from their email adress.

It has been the worst month as far as internet connectivity goes and it's been even more frustrating to get help.
