Webafrica support via whatsapp. Since 07 May 2023 enquired about blocked ports. Static line recommended by Webafrica @ an additional fee of R29 p.m., agreed to this service 07 May'23. Multiple whatsapp support requests later, including escalations to 'critical care team', not a single call as promised. Details provided not working for static line, and upon testing, not a static line. Webafrica support model not working, shocking customer service experience.
