WebAfrica poor service

Maybe I should have read the reviews before accepting installation, because wow. I think the agents sit there till they decide you deserve help because you will wait 3 hours for an agent then get distracted from constantly checking your phone and you miss the agent. Then it's all downhill from there. Really disgusting
