Webafrica poor service

I sign up for webafrica from another service provider. However it was the worst decision made, after paying initiation fee. No calls are answered and when you call, you’re encouraged to communicate via WhatsApp platform… the WhatsApp platform, you wait while they look for a consultant. It’s been a full week and still not contact. Worse service ever
