WEBAFRICA - POOR SERVICE DELIVERY

I order Fibre through Webafrica on the 4th April. The router was delivered on the 6th April. Was told on 10th April that installation would be in 5-7 working days time. To date no contact has been made with me for installation by Vumatel and the whatsapp line is useless as no one comes back to you with proper feedback on why the installation is taking so long.
