WebAfrica poor Service delivery

Really bad service. I have been trying to get my line speed back to normal. From the 4 Dec 2022 I have been on a 10/10 line, when I am paying for a 50/10 line. All I do every day is test and chat on WhatsApp agent. They all say they are sorry, including Mitsol, but the problem doesn't get resolved.
