Webafrica - Poor service delivery
I paid my account on Sunday for activation. I was told there is a line fault. Everyday since then I've contacted their support line only to be assisted before their clock off time. I have to explain everything over to the next agent only to be put on hold and then I don't hear nothing from them. The damn bot keeps me hanging since 8h30 this morning. Worse service from this provider, wouldn't recommend to anyone.
