WebAfrica - poor service all round

Worst Customer Service - cannot get a hold of anyone. Everything refers to the BOT service, which does not work. I had to cancel my service because my ONT device was given to another customer. It took Webafrica 3 days to realise that mistake and another 3 days to restore services. This happen twice. When I eventually cancelled my service they keep debiting my account. And a STOP order does not work because they change the amounts every month. I am still waiting for someone to contact me for the last 2 months. Even worse internet service - Web Africa is using technology to manage their services beyond their capability.
