WEBAFRICA POOR SERVICE

I had a terrible experience with Webafrica. Their customer service is non-existent, and getting help is a nightmare. The communication is poor, and when issues arise, they take forever to respond or resolve anything. They also don’t seem to take accountability for their mistakes, leaving customers frustrated and without solutions.

To make matters worse, the service I was paying for wasn’t even delivered as promised. I’ve wasted time, energy, and money dealing with this company. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. Avoid Webafrica at all costs if you value reliable service and support!
